Each skill will focus on the qualities of that specific chakra, health issues, dietary implications, and sensory involvement for each of the body systems. We will begin to explore Obstacles,(mental and emotional strong holds) Goals, Body Mapping,  Life Scripts, Harmonic Words, Your own Power Words, Solutions, Payoffs, and Objectives.  We are about NOW. We are about strategies, clarification and accountability.

“Pyramid Lake was life changing for me!  Julie took us outside the walls of a studio and the familiar grip of the yoga mat and taught us to trust the earth.  Nestled in a cove aside “the mother stone” we grounded our feet deep in the uneven sand, full of tiny curled shells of the purest white.  The soft mantra music in the studio was replaced by the serene stillness of water which hardly moved and we could hear the exchange of our own breath.  The place was as powerful as the practice.  It was exposed.  There were no trees, no telephone poles…everything looked bare.  The tufa rock formations changed with every shift in the sun and when the full moon rose, I was in awe of how alive I felt, how grateful for this earth.  It was a place with room to breathe, no expectations, just taking you as you are and becoming part of it.  Thank you for such a blessed and unique experience.  Julie’s classes are about becoming whole and balanced, and this place, combined with the drums and the meditative yoga, was more than replenishing.  It filled a void.  It healed.  Thank you.”
